We also can arrange private tours based on four or eight hours hire. These tours can be a great way to see more as we can take you or your group by public transport and not just by walking.

We do not do food tours, but we can however arrange for a lunch break on the tour and book a table at a venue, restaurant or a local tavern.

This could be a way in which your family or group can have a more flexible day not having to worry about getting back to your hotel for a meal.

THIS WILL INCLUDE: CALLER LINE I.D., TIME OF CALL, DURATION OF CALL, DATE OF CALL, VOICE RECORDING.

THIS IS PART OF OUR BUSINESS TRAINING AND MONITORING AND MAY HELP TEAM MEMBERS WHO MAY HAVE VISUAL IMPAIRMENT, DYSLEXIA ETC.

THESE RECORDINGS ARE HELD SECURELY BY OUR TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY ON THEIR SECURE SERVER REMOTELY. THIS CANNOT BE ACCESSED BY THE CUSTOMER OR THE PUBLIC. WE CAN ONLY ACCESS IT BY SECURE PASSWORD TWO LEVEL SECURITY INCLUDING BIOMETRY. AS WE DELETE RECORDINGS ONCE A BOOKING HAS TAKEN PLACE, AND NO LONGER REQUIRE TO RETAIN THAT DATA.
