Once you have placed an order for any walking tour, private tour, day out, trip away, or event you have 14 days including any Public or Bank holidays to cancel minus an administration fee. This must be done in writing to us at our business email address or by sending a registered letter to our business office address.

PLEASE NOTE: each tour / event will have a final cut-off date, after this we cannot take any further bookings for that tour / event. This also means that at this point no refund will be made.
